    we had a good stay at novotel. the food was really good, and the dining environment was cozy and welcoming, making it a pleasure to enjoy each meal. we were impressed by the attentive service from the staff, particularly bijeta, arpan, and teja, who went out of their way to ensure our comfort. the gym facilities were also great, thanks to the dedicated trainer who provided valuable support during our training sessions.

    The staff at Novotel were really good, providing excellent hospitality. Soumya delivered hot water numerous times for my wife, who was unwell, while Sugukumar ensured our room was consistently clean. The reception team, including Prabhat, Anagha, and Bapi, were helpful in arranging transport for hospital visits. Their genuine care made our stay nice. ,

    A Perfect Business Stay at Novotel Chennai Sipcot

    During my recent business trip, which was arranged by my director at the Novotel Chennai Sipcot, I had an exemplary experience. The hotel’s amenities enhanced my stay, especially the onsite spa. I treated myself to a rejuvenating massage that helped me unwind after long meetings. The gym was impressive, too; I kicked off my days with invigorating workouts, which were a perfect way to energize myself for the busy schedule ahead. The staff were not only professional but genuinely accommodating. From the clean and spacious rooms to the diverse dining options, everything was great. I felt well taken care of during my whole visit, making it a nice stay.

    A Nice Stay Experience

    The hotel exceeded my expectations with its excellent amenities and excellent staff.     The comfortable room was perfect for my family. We loved visiting the nearby Marina Mall with tons of shops. Especially Nidhi and Mubin, were accommodating. We appreciated the clean pool as well.

    My wife says that the check-in process could be smoother for families with kids.
